Thanks to its location in the 10th district and the good access to public transport, you can quickly and easily reach all the sights of the Danube metropolis. With the tram line 1 you can get to the Ring Road and this to the State Opera, Kärntnerstraße and the city centre. The underground line U1 is only 1 km away and it takes about 15 minutes to get there.
