Our two-room apartment is located on the courtyard side of the building which makes it very quiet. It was completely renovated, newly furnished and fully equipped in the summer of 2012 and its separate bedroom makes it particularly attractive for family or group trips. Thanks to its location directly by a tram stop you can get to the famous Ring Road in a few minutes.

The apartment has an excellent access to public transport. There is a tram stop only 100 meters away that takes you directly to Votivkirche or Burgtheather. You can reach the center by public transport within 26 minutes.

You can reach the famous Volksoper in 10 minutes on foot.
